Just what I was thinking about some time back, of adding the roasted flaxseeds to my sprouts bhel I have every evening. I had roasted flaxseeds and methi seeds for hubby as he has cholesterol, but, he said he would rather have only the methi seeds, so the flaxseeds have been lying like that. Now I will use those to improve my health! 🙂

Flaxseeds have been used in traditional recipes too. At home we always had flaxseeds chutneys to add protein to our regular diet. I mix them in cakes too.
I’ve tried using whole flaxseeds for their Fibre rich quality. But haven’t been able to consistently fo

Flaxseed sounds Wonderful, if Only for it’s Health Benefits, however I’d like to try it to help with Chronic Constipation. For 50 years I’ve taken a pill for Sub-functioning Thyroid. Will Flaxseed have an adverse affect on the Thyroid function, or the medication I take for it?
