Didn’t know Spinach is also a source of Calcium, I read this post at a very right time, my kids have Vitamin D and calcium deficiency and I am looking for natural ways to substitute it to them, thanks for sharing, Tina.

Indeed it is important that kids have healthy bones . Calcium is so important for women as after 30 we tend to lose the body reserves. I’m trying to do justice by inculcating all these items in our daily diet
