Watermelon Sorbet – 2 Ingredient dessert | #AtoZChallenge

Make this easy 2 ingredient , no sugar Watermelon Sorbet just under 5 minutes and you don’t even require an ice-cream maker. The Watermelon Sorbet is a perfect frozen dessert for the summers.

watermelon sorbet

It’s super-hot in Bangalore this year with no rains yet. I am in a water guzzling, ice-cream digging mode currently because I can’t bear this heat. The days I have to go out I curse myself. Watermelon is a wonderful fruit for the summers. It’s hydrating and obviously tastes better than plain water – 1 watermelon has 92% water – that makes it perfect for all the heat. Watermelon is also rich in vitamins C, A and B6 and has loads of lycopene, antioxidants, and amino acids. This Watermelon Sorbet recipe has watermelon in it’s own state – no added sugar or any other thing to alter the goodness of the fruit.
