Coming to kids, when I am making anything for my son I try to fill in nutrition in his food – in any form possible. When you have a fussy eater at home, you need to get creative. When I received the Slurrp Farm millet pancake mix I knew exactly what I wanted to do.

Earlier we did some pancakes together and ended up with Mr. Owly and Mr. Bear.

SWIPE LEFT . . This morning we (me and my tiny tot) had some great time making pancakes! Meet Mr. Bluey’s blue-eyed Owly. Don’t forget to check out Mr. Bear in the next photo. . . . I told you a few days back about the millet pancakes by @slurrpfarm. We tried The Banana and chocolate chip pancake mix this morning and it was an instant hit with Mr. Bluey. He ended up eating both the Owl and Mr. Bear. . . . It’s always fun to make food interesting for kids. And the mom in me is quite relieved when good things get inside him. The @slurrpfarm pancake mix is made from millets instead of refined flour! What a great idea! It has the goodness of oats, foxtail millets, amarnath, banana powder and some yummy chocolate chips! . . . It almost smells like a cake. No wonder I got a thumbs up from my fussy eater – swipe to 3rd pic to see it for yourself. . . . I am going to try out another millet Pancake mix and will keep you posted on that! . . Till that time stay hooked to this space. . . #Slurrpfarmmom #momlife #foodart #pancake #pancakeart #owlpancake #bearpancake #milletpancake #millet #justmillet #slurrpfarm #food #foodinsta #foodfood #honestyummyness #pancakemix #foodblogger #millet #loverealfood #letsmilllet #eatstrongtobestrong #slurrpfarmforstrength #slurrpfarmmom #foodie #momcare #kidssnack #foodbloggerbangalore #kidsbreakfast #sundaybreakfast #breakfast #happyfebu11

Millet Pancake Mix by Slurrp Farm

The Slurrp Farm pancake mix is a great choice for the kids. Why did you ask? Because it’s made by two mothers and who else understands nutritious food better than mothers? Say bye bye to refined flour and say hi to millet pancakes! Yes it’s true, this pancake mix is actually made from foxtail millets and has the goodness of oats and amaranth. They have the perfect flavor of banana and chocolate chips.

Millets are whole grains that are rich in calcium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and antioxidants. They also contain protein and Fiber. Millets are a good source of vegan protein, they are traditional Indian wholegrains which are seldom used in current days. They take a little longer cooking time than refined flour.

A mom can only have eyes for the best for her kid. I have a fussy eater at home – thank the terrible toddler time! So adding nutrition in all his meals is a challenge for me. . . . When I found these millet pancake mixes by @slurrpfarm I knew I absolutely have to try them out. . . The Banana and chocolate chip pancake mix has the goodness of oats, foxtail millets and amarnath. . . While the Chocolate and Super food pancake mix has the goodness of ragi and foxtail millets. . . . I’m thinking of making some fun pancakes for my two and half year old. Let’s see what he says. . . . Watch this space for fun pancake art 🥞for kids. . . #slurrpfarm #food #foodinsta #foodfood #kidsfood #honestyummyness #pancakemix #foodblogger #millet #milletpancake #loverealfood #letsmilllet #eatstrongtobestrong #slurrpfarmforstrength #slurrpfarmmom #happyfebu9 #foodie #momcare #kidssnack #foodbloggerbangalore #foodfeb01012

How to Enjoy your Chocolate Pancake Roll?

You can enjoy golden pancakes with maple syrup, butter, lemon and sugar but when you have the Chocolate Pancake Roll in front of you, you really don’t need anything else other than a little chocolate drizzle.

Gooey molten chocolate spread between golden pancakes makes the Chocolate Pancake Roll absolutely irresistible. It makes both the men in the house happy!

Why we liked the SlurrpFarm Millet Pancake Mix?

Gluten Free: Millets are whole grains that are gluten-free. If your kid has gluten allergies this is a great option.

For Fussy Eater: My two-and-half year old is the king of being fussy when it comes to food! He is very picky and luckily he loved the banana flavor and chocolate chips in the pancake.

Hassle-Free: No need to measure and make a batter from scratch.

Finger Foods: I gave the bite-size portions of the roll as finger food to my toddler and he loved them. These nutritious millet pancakes are perfect finger foods for your toddler.

Great Dessert Option – Pancakes are generally perfect for breakfast – flour, egg, sugar, milk with some sweetening syrup. But we loved these pancakes as desserts with lots of gooey oozing chocolates.
