My mum had gifted me a bottle of maple syrup which she got me from Toronto. The bottle itself is so cute that I have been using it quite tight fisted.

If you want your pancakes to be extra fluffy add two eggs instead of one.[br]You can enjoy your pancakes with maple syrup, or honey, or butter and lemon just about anything that you want.[br]The batter tends to thicken if you leave it outside for sometime. In that case add some milk.

  1. Hate having oats in it's regular form. This sounds great though. Your blog is my one-stop for wonderful breakfast recipes. I suck at it esp. since I do not have breakfast, and so does my soldier. Phew! 😛
