All these are my favorite food during summer. We don’t get tender coconut here but I get packaged coconut water. Lichi is my another favorite food option during summer.

I love all these summer foods, except the Ice Apples. And rest all of them are an integral part of our summers in Rajasthan. Buttermilk and curd are my top favorites.

Summers are killing us this year, it seems hot even when sitting under an AC. But these summer foods are a savior, I make sure to include all these in my family’s diet. But I have never seen & tasted Ice apples. These look like litchi from outside, don’t know if these taste like litchis too.
